Nothing not to like.

We were delighted with our stay at this charming eco-hostel. The beautiful terrace and garden provided a peaceful retreat, and the close proximity to the beach was a definite plus. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering delicious breakfast options and even lending us bikes. The warm and inviting atmosphere truly made us feel like we were visiting family. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of locks on the doors and limited charging points, our overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this unique and environmentally conscious hostel.

During my recent stay in Poo De Llanes, I opted to stay at Eco-Hostel La Casa Verde for transit purposes. The location of this hostel is highly convenient, as it is situated just 78 km away from Albergue Llanes Playa de Poo, the nearest airport. This made it easy for me to catch my flight without any hassle. the hostel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, creating a pleasant stay for guests.

The kitchen had strange, intermittent opening times throughout the day, making it difficult to plan meals.

Great location next to beautiful beach, helpful and friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. Delicious breakfast and simple dinner options available. Lovely terrace and garden. Perfect for backpackers and Camino walkers.

The atmosphere at this hostel was amazing! It truly felt like a home away from home. The manager, Ivan, was so friendly and passionate about nature and life. I loved the fact that they had their own organic vegetable patch and even chickens roaming around the garden. It just added to the charm of the place. Plus, the location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the beach, which was stunning, and there was also a beautiful seaside walk towards the next town. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing Easter getaway.

One thing that bothered me a bit was the lack of locks on any of the doors. I understand that it's part of their policy, but as a woman travelling alone, I would have appreciated the extra security.

The hosts made me feel right at home and their adorable cat was always up for a cuddle! The beautiful beach, just a 3-minute walk away, was the perfect place to relax. Surrounded by stunning landscapes and a nearby national park with mountain lakes, it's a nature lover's dream.
